Workshop: Lighting the Figure: Photography Intensive by Michael Naimo (2006)

This one day, hands-on intensive is geared for amateur photographers who want to use light to paint the human form. Several different lighting techniques will be introduced with discussion about how to achieve specific effects in studio and natural light settings. A comparison of the commercial photographer's approach and that of the fine art photographer will be addressed. Limited to 6 students, photographers will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with life models in each set. Digital camera recommended, SLR required.

Workshop fee: $195 plus $60 model fee ($100 deposit holds space)
